Blog Help..how do I change my time zone and where is ET as an option?

random, but driving me NUTS! I tried to reset my time zone but when I go to settings, Eastern Time does not show up!! Thus, I have pacific time and it stinks..help!

    In Blogger, right? It's in Settings -> Formatting...fifth choice down. Eastern Time is GMT - 5hours.
